The Panerai definitely is a standout on the wrist. It will get noticed and in a good way. The Tudor is ok, but there are a lot of watches that it can be mistaken for. It honestly depends what floats your boat. If you want a watch with good history and excellent brand DNA, but more subdued in asthetics go with the Tudor.
